What if I don’t like it?
You can return the product within 30 days, no questions asked.
Is this legal?
Yes, on private roads. However, using the tuning mode on public roads is prohibited in the EU according to traffic laws
Can I see the real speed of my e-bike?
Yes, the real speed is shown on the app and up to 23 km/h on the bike display. A new feature where the speed is displayed on the last two digits of a decimal enabled bike display is in developement.
Can I suggest new features?
Absolutely! The Boostera One firmware can be updated via the app. Send your ideas to info@boostera.co.
Will this damage my bike?
Most e-bikes have motors similar to faster S-Pedelec models. We’ve yet to see a motor breakdown caused by removing speed restrictions.
Will this void my warranty?
Most likely, yes. Check with your e-bike manufacturer to confirm
